Kevin Whitehurst
Co-CEO / Co-founder

Kevin's analytical expertise provided the architectural foundation for mindWireless' powerful mW SMART software platform. He is a leader in wireless telecom optimization analysis, working with clients to evaluate and optimize their most complex wireless deployments. Kevin oversees many of the client start-up implementation projects and is responsible for business operations. He is a regular participant and speaker at wireless telecom management conferences.
Kevin has extensive telecom consulting expertise, having spent several years prior to co-founding mindWireless in 2000, with Andersen Business Consulting and KPMG where he performed research and consulted on business strategy and supply chain management for global enterprises. In supply chain management, he worked with Fortune 100 companies to leverage buying power and reduce third party expenditures. Kevin led strategic sourcing projects for several Fortune 100 companies resulting in cost savings.
Kevin received his Bachelor’s in Business and a Masters in Applied Statistics both from Baylor University.
David Wise

David has represented mindWireless clients in carrier negotiations, best practice recommendations and implementation of creative strategies to maximize end-user services while minimizing wireless total cost of ownership. David's understanding of the business issues facing corporations with large, distributed wireless environments is the driving force for mindWireless' business development and operational strategies.
Prior to co-founding mindWireless in 2000, David was with Andersen Business Consulting in their Telecommunications practice where he led large scale, multi-phase design and implementation projects involving organizational design, customer focused technology and process re-engineering initiatives. He previously held senior management positions with AT&T, AT&T Wireless and Time Warner Communications (video and CLEC).
David received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and his Masters in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Jack McAfee
CIO

Jack leads and manages both the IT environment and technical solution delivery for mindWireless’ wireless expense management solutions. He is a proven software and systems development executive with operations experience who has consistently improved organizations by focusing on customer satisfaction.
Before joining mindWireless Jack served as vice president of Development at The PowerTech Group, where he led the distributed software and quality engineering teams responsible for new development and maintenance of IBM operating system (i5/OS) security products. He also co-founded an award-winning identity management product and services company and served as a product director for PentaSafe Security Technologies and NetIQ, Corp.
He began his career as a manager and analyst in several systems management groups at IBM.
Jack earned his Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematics from University of Arizona.Terese is a Certified Public Accountant with 15+ years accounting experience. She began her career with Deloitte's Houston office performing audits for Fortune 500 public companies. Since 2003 she has worked with several companies in the private sector for various industries ranging from commodities to services.
Terese is also very involved in various community organizations, most recently focused on childhood education.
Terese received her Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas.
Keith Clark
Vice President of Customer Operations

Keith has spent 15+ years immersed in Call Center/Contact Center management and Telecommunications. As a manager of a 200+ seat call center, Keith began early on to refine both his call center "soft skills" and technical skills working for companies like Time Warner and Enron. Working with indirect channels for Lucent, Avaya, Cisco and 3Com, Keith has provided cabling support, call center analysis, PBX installation, software administration and project management for organizations such as Weatherford, Oceaneering, HCA, SonangolPesquisa e Produção, and many more.
He is twice certified in Software Administration by Avaya, and on the 3Com NBX.
Previously, Michael was VP Business Development with MyPersonal.com (now Synacor) and M4Internet (now J2 Global) and served in early sales and marketing roles for eFax.com and Electronic Arts.
